Caltrops (Tribulus terrestris) is a plant that has been used in traditional medicine for centuries. It is also known as Tribulus, Tribulus terrestris, or Puncture Vine.
– Food: In tropical and sub-tropical Asian countries (including Taiwan), water caltrop (Trapa natans) is a commonly edible plant because its seed (or kernel) is rich in starch, dietary fiber, and other nutrients.
